INGREDIENTS
Prep your veges. Combine garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Season your pork with half of the seasoning mix.
Grab your InstantPot and press saute option. Add in oil. Place your pork in and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Add the rest of the oil. Once heated, add in onion and the rice to roast for a few minutes or until fragrant. Stirring frequently.
Then add in the beef broth, soy sauce, potato, carrot, and the rest of the seasoning mix. Stir until mixed. Then add on top the browned pork loin chop. Close the lid and and set the InstantPot on High Pressure for 7 mins. Once done, let it natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Serve with parsley as garnish. Enjoy!
