Steak and Zucchini Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper flakes
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Cook Della Jasmine Rice as instructed. Prep the vegetables. Combine salt and pepper into the sliced steak and stir together.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil on medium-high heat in a pan. Once hot, stir in steak and let it brown for 1-2 minute. Flip and cook for another minute, but don’t cook fully, then set aside.

Add in the rest of the oil into pan. Stir in zucchini, onion, salt, pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, and pepper flakes. Stir until coated. Saute for a 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Stir in rice vinegar and soy sauce. Return steak to the pan and stir for a few minutes to combine.
