Spicy Korean Ground Beef with Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Cook Della Jasmine Rice as instructed. Prep the vegetables.

Cook the ground beef, garlic, and ginger in a pan over medium heat. Break the meat into small pieces as it cooks until it is no longer pink. Then drain out excess fat and put the pan back on the stove.

Add sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir everything together and let it simmer until the meat is coated and shiny.

Spoon the beef over hot Della Jasmine rice and serve with cucumbers and carrots on the side. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like. Enjoy your meal!
