Beef Green Bean and Scallion Oyster Sauce Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ½-1 lb. green beans, trimmed and chop
- 1 lb flank steak, trimmed and sliced
- 3-4 scallions, chop
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- ¼ cup Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Premium Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Prepare Della Jasmine Rice according to the package directions and chop the vegetables. In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over high heat until it just begins to smoke. Add the green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until they develop browned spots, about 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.

In the now-empty skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of oil over high heat until just smoking. Add the beef and onions, cooking until the beef is browned, about 1 to 3 minutes. Pour in the remaining oil and add the scallions, cooking for another 2 minutes until they develop some color. Push the scallions to the side of the skillet.

In the center of the pan, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Mix everything together, then return the green beans, onions and beef to the skillet. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir continuously until it thickens. Serve hot with Della Jasmine Rice. Enjoy!
