Orange Pork Chops over Lettuce with Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 2 breakfast pork chops
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic, minced
- zest & juice of one orange
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup lettuce, pre-chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Cook Della Jasmine Rice as instructed. Prep onion, garlic, and orange. Salt & pepper pork chops.

Set heat to medium-hi, add pork chops, and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Set aside, but leave some oil in the pan.

Set heat to medium, add in onion and garlic. Stir for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add in orange zest, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar and stir until combined (about 1 minute). Add back in pork chops and baste with the sauce. Flip it on the other side and let the sauce absorb. Take the pan off the heat.

Set your plate with cooked Della Jasmine Rice, add a bed of lettuce, and top it off with the orange pork chops and onion. Decorate with sliced oranges and enjoy!
