INGREDIENTS
Cook Della Jasmine Rice according to the package instructions and chop the vegetables.
In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the sliced sausage, onions, carrots, and celery, cooking for about 7 minutes or until the carrots are slightly tender, stirring frequently. Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice, broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, add the cabbage and mix thoroughly. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and let cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the cabbage softens and the carrots are fully tender.
Serve with Della Basmati White Rice and enjoy!
