INGREDIENTS
Make the rice as instructed in a pot or InstantPot (video).
Prep the vegerables. Salt & pepper the pork tenderloins. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, garlic, orange juice and zest.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin and sear it on all sides until browned. Set aside.
Add in onion, tomato and a bit of salt to the same skillet and saute for about 1 minute. Then add in the sauce mix and deglaze.
Add back in the pork tenderloin and drizzle the glaze on top.
Serve the balsamic glazed pork tenderloin over rice and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Enjoy!
