Cook Della Jasmine White Rice by rinsing your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video. Prep veggies. Whisk together both the flours in a bowl, then mix in the peppercorn mixture with a pinch of salt. Toss the squid in the flour mixture until completely coated.
Heat 5 cm of oil in a heavy-based pan until it reaches 350°F. Fry the squid for 2-3 minutes until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
Grab another pan and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat until hot. Stir-fry the spring onion stalks, ginger, and chillies for 30 seconds until lightly golden. Add the squid and toss everything together to combine.
Serve with cooked Della Jasmine Rice. Garnish with a bit more salt, sriracha, spring onion and serve. Enjoy!
