Cook Della Jasmine White Rice by rinsing your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video. Prep vegetables. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes, until well combined. Season shrimp with ½ of salt & pepper mix.
In a small pan, heat water with salt and pepper over medium-high heat. When the water begins to boil, add the broccoli and cover with a lid.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on one side. Flip the shrimp and cook for another minute on the other side. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the shrimp. Continue cooking for an additional minute until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce is heated through.
Serve immediately over cooked Jasmine rice, garnished with lime wedges, crushed peanuts, and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
