INGREDIENTS
Make the Della Basmati Brown Rice as shown (1 cup of rice, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp butter, and salt to taste).
Prep the veges and salad dressing.
Combine all lime juice, olive oil, honey, chipotle powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper until mixed well.
Add all the other ingredients and cooked rice in a bowl. Drizzle on top with the dressing.
Toss and mix all ingredients together and portion into bowls. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
