INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Lightly coat a 9×9-inch (*or 9x13 inch) baking dish with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. In the dish, mix together the rice, seasonings, water or broth, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined. Arrange the chicken breasts on top, spacing them evenly.
Cover the dish tightly with foil to retain moisture and bake for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the foil, gently fluff the rice, and serve. Enjoy!
