Prepare Della Jasmine Rice according to package instructions. Mince the garlic. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of water, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and honey until combined.
Place diced chicken and cornstarch in a large plastic bag, seal it, and shake well to evenly coat the chicken. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. Pour the sauce mixture into the same pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until dissolved. Add this to the sauce, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Return the chicken to the pan and stir to coat it evenly with the sauce.
For a finishing touch, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot over Della Jasmine Rice and enjoy!
