Prepare the Della Jasmine rice as instructed & prep the veges. Prep the garnish. Pat dry the fish to remove moisture. Season fish with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning.
Put a big pan on medium-high heat and heat up the olive oil until it's hot. When the oil is sizzling, cook the fish filets one by one so they don't crowd the pan. This helps them brown evenly. Cook each side until the fish looks less clear, feels a bit firm in the middle, and is browned, which should take about 2-3 minutes per side.
While the fish is cooking, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Stir them together well. Gently pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the fish while it cooks. Be careful not to cook the fish too long, or it will get too tough.
Serve fish with cooked Della Jasmine Rice, parsley, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
