Make your Della Rice as shown in the video. Prep your veges. Combine rubbed sage, rosemary, onion powder, salt and pepper. Season your pork with the seasoning mix.
Grab a pot and heat to medium high. Add in broccoli, water and salt. Bring to a boil and then take off heat to steam it for 5-10 minutes (depending on how tender you’d like it to be). Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the pork loin chop for 3 minutes on each side. Add butter and garlic to the pan and let the pork cook in the sauce a bit. Remove pork to another plate.
Add in wine or juice and bring to a boil until it reduced to ¼ cup. Bring the pork loin chops back and reduce heat, covered, and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
