Teriyaki Tofu Basmati & Quinoa Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati & Quinoa
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small carrot
- 1 cup diced mango
Teriyaki Tofu
- 1 12oz packaged super firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
Sauce
- 2 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- lime slice

Preheat the oven 375 degrees F. Press the liquid from the tofu by wrapping paper towels around and placing something heavy on top. Let stand for 20-30 mins and cut into squares. Then cook rice by rinsing your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video. Prep vegetables seasoning. Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Next, put the tofu in a big bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients. Pour this marinade over the tofu and stir it up. After that, move the tofu onto a baking sheet. Bake the tofu in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes until it gets crispy. Remember to flip the tofu over halfway through so it cooks evenly. When it's done, take it out of the oven.

Assemble bowl with Della Basmati & Quinoa Rice and all of the ingredients.
