INGREDIENTS
Prepare the Della Jasmine rice as instructed.
Heat a tiny skillet on medium heat. Toast Sesame seeds for a few minutes. Stirring frequently. Set aside.
Heat up a new skillet on medium heat. Add oil, onion and sauté until transparent. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken and brown on all sides for 3-4 minutes.
Add in pineapple mixture, BBQ sauce of your choice, salt and pepper. Simmer and stir frequently for 3-5 minutes. Then combine corn starch and water. Pour into your pan and stir until thickened to your liking.
Serve with Della Jasmine White Rice and sprinkled toasted sesame on top. Enjoy!
