INGREDIENTS
Prep the veges.
Add some garlic powder, salt & pepper to coat the pork chops on both sides.
Add in onion and Della Basmati & White Rice to the skillet to saute the onion and roast the rice for a few minutes. Stir in chicken broth, orange juice, orange zest, and parsley and stir. Add on the pork chop on top and heat to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low for 20 minutes and let is simmer until the rice is tender.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt & pepper as needed and serve immediately. Enjoy!
