INGREDIENTS
Prep the veges.
Add oil, onion and celery into your InstantPot and press Saute to cook for 4 minutes (or until onion is translucent).
Toss in ground beef, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Cooked until beef is browned, stirring occasionally so the garlic doesn’t burn. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Della Basmati & Wild Rice, beef broth, potatoes, and Italian seasoning, onion powder & garlic powder.
Close the lid, make sure the valve is on "sealing", and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Once the countdown has finished, do a quick pressure release.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt & pepper as needed and serve immediately. Enjoy!
