INGREDIENTS
Cook the Jasmine rice as per package instructions, adding salt and butter as desired.
Prep veges. Coat chicken in corn starch, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and soy sauce.
Heat canola oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. 3-4 minutes each side.
Move chicken to the side of pan. Melt butter.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the melted butter and combine. Then move chicken back, stir to coat, and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the chicken over cooked Jasmine rice, garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
