Honey Ginger Garlic Chicken

This dish combines the flavors of honey, garlic, and chicken, served over aromatic Jasmine rice. It's a sweet and savory delight that brings a touch of southern charm to your table.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Jasmine Rice
- 1-2 Chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- Garnish: Green onions, chopped

Cook the Jasmine rice as per package instructions, adding salt and butter as desired.
Prep veges. Coat chicken in corn starch, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and soy sauce.
Heat canola oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. 3-4 minutes each side.
Move chicken to the side of pan. Melt butter.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the melted butter and combine. Then move chicken back, stir to coat, and cook until the sauce has thickened.
