Cook Della Basmati & Wild Rice by rinsing your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video. Prep the vegetables and whisk together the dressing ingredients.
First, put a pan on the stove and set it to medium-high heat. Pour some oil in the pan. Then, put the salmon in the pan with the skin side facing down. Let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the skin gets crispy. Then, turn the salmon over and cook it for another minute or two. Pour in some sauce and spread it over the salmon. If the sauce becomes too thick while cooking, you can add a little bit of water to thin it out.
Once the salmon is done, serve it on a plate or in a bowl with cooked Della Basmati & Wild Rice and cucumber. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and scallions on top of the salmon before serving. Enjoy!
