1 lime wedges – (or a half teaspoon of lime juice)
1 cup salad mix
1 tbsp of Italian vinaigrette dressing
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
OR 1 1/2 tbsp of creole seasoning
Step 1
Prep vegetables seasoning. Then rinse your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video.
Step 2
First, sprinkle some Creole seasoning on the top of the fish. Then, heat up some oil in a big frying pan. Put the fish in the pan with the seasoned side down. Let it cook for a little while.
While it’s cooking, put seasoning on the other side of the fish. Carefully turn the fish over and let it cook some more until it’s all done.
Step 3
Then, add some butter and garlic to the pan and let it melt. Spoon the butter glaze over the fish. Squeeze some juice from a lime slice onto the fish.

Now, mix your salad with some yummy dressing. Put everything on a plate and enjoy your meal!
