An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship your product.

3. Pricing and Payment

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping

Della Rice currently ships within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping is available on qualifying rice orders over $25 with the applicable promotional code. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and trademarks — is the property of Specialty Rice, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
