INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 1lb chicken thigh, cut up
- 4 cubes/ ½ pack of Golden Curry Mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1-2 carrots, chopped
- 6-10 gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 sprig parsley, plucked
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 ¾ – 3 ½ cups water
Step 1
- Cook Della Basmati Rice as instructed. Pluck parsley and chop veggies.
Step 2
- Heat pot on med-hi and add oil. Once hot, add in chicken, onion, carrot, potatoes and stir to cook for about 5 mins. Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.
Step 3
- Turn the heat off, add in 4 Golden Curry pieces into the pot. Stir until the sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
Step 4
- Serve with rice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
