Easy Cooking, Great Results
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 1 lbs. chicken breast, cubed
- 9 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- *9×13 inch baking dish: 1 1/3 cup broth, full 10.5 oz of Cream of mushroom soup, 2 lbs of chicken breasts
Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
- Lightly coat a 9×9-inch (*or 9×13 inch) baking dish with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. In the dish, mix together the rice, seasonings, water or broth, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined. Arrange the chicken breasts on top, spacing them evenly.
Step 3
- Cover the dish tightly with foil to retain moisture and bake for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 4
- Remove the foil, gently fluff the rice, and serve. Enjoy!
