INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati & Wild Rice
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or apple juice
- Garnish: fresh parsley
Step 1
- Make your Della Rice as shown in the video. Prep your veges. Combine rubbed sage, rosemary, onion powder, salt and pepper. Season your pork with the seasoning mix.
Step 2
- Grab a pot and heat to medium high. Add in broccoli, water and salt. Bring to a boil and then take off heat to steam it for 5-10 minutes (depending on how tender you’d like it to be). Set aside.
Step 3
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the pork loin chop for 3 minutes on each side. Add butter and garlic to the pan and let the pork cook in the sauce a bit. Remove pork to another plate.
- Add in wine or juice and bring to a boil until it reduced to ¼ cup. Bring the pork loin chops back and reduce heat, covered, and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
