At Della Rice, we take pride in delivering high-quality rice products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

3. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect a returned item (or verify a damage/defect claim), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: products that have been opened or partially consumed (unless defective); orders returned without prior authorization; and items not purchased directly from our website.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
