INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Jasmine Rice
- 1 lb Beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- Salt Pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
- Garnish: Fresh Parsley
Step 1
Cook the Jasmine rice as per package instructions, adding salt and butter as desired.
Prep veges.
Step 2
Heat canola oil in a pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onion is translucent and mushrooms are browned.
Return the beef to the pot, add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream, simmer until well combined.
Step 3
Serve the stroganoff over cooked Jasmine rice and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
