Starting with a canvas of delicious Della Basmati Rice, top it with what makes you happy- sauteed white meat chicken breasts, roasted cashews, onions and red and green peppers. Then add your favorite sauce – Julie chose a Hoisin sauce. Voila, you have a cashew chicken rice bowl stir – ready for date night, family night or any night of the week!
